How long does each coaching session last?

The typical duration of each session is 60 minutes over Zoom or Google Meet

What topics or areas will be covered in the coaching?

We will determine that ahead of time.  I will send you a questionaire to fill out before our session starts.

How do I prepare for my coaching session?

I will send you a questionnaire to determine where you need the most help and also to get to know your business ahead of time so we make the best of our time together. .

What are the payment options and refund policies?

There are no refunds. Payment can be made through an invoice I send you ahead of our session, Zelle or Venmo.

Will I receive a roadmap or actionable plan after the session?

I encourage you to take notes during our session. I will also record it and send it to you for future reference.

Can I ask questions between sessions if something comes up?

I’m happy to answer questions pertaining to our coaching session. I know follow up questions always arise and I’m happy to answer them post session.
