Terms and conditions for templates

The following Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and Sneha Hiremath (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). when you buy any of our templates

Following is a list of the terms and conditions, you as a template user, have to abide by. In case of any confusion or query, feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] .

• You may put these templates to personal and/or commercial use. 
  
  
• Web Pages created using these templates can be displayed ONLY on your Kajabi site. You can use these templates on your Kajabi site over and over again.
  
  
• The use of stock pictures/design elements within the template will be as per the license terms of the template provider.
  
  
• You may import the templates to only ONE Kajabi account.
  
  
• You are permitted to help your client in the installation/setting-up of templates, as long as they’ve purchased the templates themselves.
  
  
• You’re not permitted to share or import templates you purchased into your client’s account. If they wish to use these templates, they may purchase them separately.
  
  
• Your team members may use the templates, as long as they’re logged into and/or are a member of your own Kajabi account. Importing templates to their Kajabi account is NOT permitted.
  
  
• If your team member wishes to use these templates into their personal account, they may purchase the templates separately to do the same.
  
  
• If your team member wishes to use these templates for their business or for some other client of theirs, they may purchase the templates separately to do the same.
  
  
• Disclosure/sharing of portal login information to a third party, other than team members is not permitted.
  
  
• Sharing links to these templates, with a third party, is not allowed.
  
  
• Even after customizing/ making changes/ altering these templates, you may  NOT re-sell or give them away to a third party.
  
  
• Re-selling of these templates, in any situation and in any form is not permitted.
  
  
• Any violations of these terms and conditions may lead to your account being permanently terminated. Any violation of the above-mentioned rules will be considered as a copyright infringement.
  
  
• Due to the digital nature of these templates, I have a NO REFUND POLICY on all the templates.
• Stock Images are not a part of the template.
  
  
• Images used in the template is part of the Canva FREE version. I don't claim ownership of any of those images. I also am not selling to you any stock image as part of the template. You should have a free Canva version to continue using those free images.
